Our 2023 Platinum-graded, luxury Gainsborough holiday home is light, airy and spacious, with a private south-facing wraparound decking, patio and garden. Set in a peaceful location, Seabay is just a few minutes’ walk from the beach, restaurant and swimming pool, while offering you your own space to relax and enjoy the views.
Inside, you’ll find everything you need for a comfortable, easy holiday, including Wi-Fi, a dishwasher, large-screen TV and comfortable furnishings. Outside, the generous decking is the perfect place for morning coffee, an evening drink or simply watching the world go by.

We believe a good holiday shouldn’t begin with a car full of bedding or end with a last-minute rush to pack up.
Beds are made ready for your arrival, towels are provided and our generous Welcome Pack includes breakfast provisions, essentials and a few treats — so you can turn off the car, open the door and start enjoying your holiday.

Friday-to-Friday holidays
For 2027, we’re primarily offering full-week Friday-to-Friday holidays, giving you plenty of time to properly switch off and enjoy everything Ladram Bay and the surrounding Devon coast have to offer.
Flexible shorter stays may also be available at selected times — please ask.

We’d love to welcome you to Seabay.
Seabay has views over Lyme Bay, a good sized decking and gets the sun much of the day. From our slightly elevated position in Ladram Bay we enjoy sea views south and westward around the coast.
Our brand-new Willerby Gainsborough top-of-the-range luxury holiday home has a fitted kitchen, comfy sofas, full-size shower and home-from-home comfy king size bed, plus caravan singles and sofabed.
In the lounge/diner, the freestanding table seats 4 easily, and the two comfy sofas have views across the coast and fields.
The lounge has a Smart TV, FreeSat, Blue Ray player, Wi Fi via Satellite – bandwidth is good, and fairly stable. There is also integrated sound system you can link your music player to via Bluetooth.
Beds are made ready for your arrival. The master bedroom has a King Size bed plus ensuite WC, the second bedroom has two caravan singles. There is a small-double bed folds out from the sofa.
With a fullsize shower and WC, and ensuite WC, Seabay is a home from home. With gas central heating and double glazing, in Spring or Autumn Seabay is a lovely warm and cosy retreat.
South facing wrap around decking at the front of our caravan overlooks fields and the sea and is very private and quiet.
Parking is easy with a large, tarmac space next to our caravan.
We are a few minutes walk from the main facilities, which means we are just the spot for a peaceful holiday.
